After enjoying a fun-filled and rewarding career as a public school teacher, she decided it was time for a change and made the exciting leap from the classroom to the family farm kitchen. There, she’s been busy whipping up a delightful array of mouthwatering meals that could make even the most reluctant broccoli lover crack a smile. But that’s not all—Joanna is also a certified ServSafe instructor/proctor, which means she not only creates delicious food but also knows all the ins and outs of keeping it safe to eat. With her background as a science educator, an infectious sense of humor, and a passion for teaching, Joanna will truly make your classroom experience with ServSafe an adventure.
