There are several ways you can prepare for the class and exam, so why pick me? First, and most importantly, I am an educator. My goal is to teach you, and as an educator, I want you to succeed.

Many people involved in ServSafe do not have that as there base. I do. I taught school for nearly 20 years and most recently attained my Master's in Education. So, how is that helpful? When I work with students I understand where they are having difficulties. I have been able to develop a curriculum that helps adults learn. And I am constantly reevaluating my classroom activities to make them better in helping all my students successful. 88% of my students pass their exam. Ask whomever you are seeking your ServSafe to share their results. See what they say. I can't even get ServSafe to tell me the national average. I hear 60% is the typical pass rate.

Second, I am a one-person company. Which means when you have a concern, who do you contact? Me! I have an awesome executive secretary, Case, my 14-year old Blue Healer, but I have yet to get him to answer calls. He sleeps a lot and is a great companion, so no complaints! I am here to help you prepare for the exam. I take you through the class and exam, and follow up with you with your scores and certificates.
Let me share an example. When I speak with other teachers, mostly health department inspectors, I ask if they have concerns with their students accessing their certificates. I always hear a resounding "No, why, do you?" Yes, I do! About half of my students need help accessing their certificates. Now, why my students? It took me a while to understand but it is because they don't care and won't help you. They always tell me that the students should just call ServSafe if they are having problems. I could say the same thing, but you pay me for my services, and helping you the whole way through the process is my job.

Now the down side to that is if I am teaching, I don't check my phone, so if you contact me during a day that I am teaching, I won't get back to you until later in the evening. Have a question? Just call or text me! 814-410-4910
